Steamed Basmati Rice Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Haizoom Steam Basmati Rice, cooked and cooled
  • Assorted vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, bell peppers, onions), diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked and cooled Steam Basmati Rice with the diced vegetables.
  • Add the chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the rice and vegetables mixture. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
  • Adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve chilled as a refreshing and nutritious Steam Basmati Rice Salad!
